Nueva máquina para nuestra producción
En Diciembre de 2012 incorporamos nuestro 7º centro de mecanizados CNC. Esta máquina, de origen americano marca HAAS se encuentra en el tope de gama de las maquinarias para la industria metalmecánica. Su principal característica es que se trata de un centro de mecanizados de altísima velocidad de mecanizado, que tiene los mismos sistemas de intercambio de herramienta con brazo-robot que los otros CNC que ya posee la empresa, pero este modelo hace el cambio en sólo un segundo. La principal función de esta máquina será la producción seriada de piezas pequeñas que necesiten muchos mecanizados (roscados, fresados, alesados, etc.). La incorporación de esta máquina, junto a las incorporadas desde 2009 -entre las cuales también hay dos tornos CNC y una rectificadora CNC de gran porte-, permiten actualmente tener la mecanización de piezas automatizada en su totalidad con tecnología computarizada.
En 2009 asumimos el compromiso a largo plazo de automatizar nuestra producción con la firme convicción de que es la única manera de incrementar la calidad de nuestros productos. Esto se debe a que la maquinaria computarizada CNC tiene una repetitividad y presición únicas lo que logra piezas siempre idénticas. Estamos en 2013 y el proceso continúa y seguimos invirtiendo en nuestra tecnología de producción.
