Nueva máquina para nuestra producción 2015

En Mayo 2015 hemos incorporado nuestro 8vo centro de mecanizado de control numérico computarizado 0 Km., completando de esta manera nuestro plan de automatización y modernización de producción.
 
Esta nueva máquina -cuyo peso es de 7 toneladas- nos permite mecanizar piezas de gran envergadura, con altísimo grado de precisión y a una gran velocidad. 
 
Ahora contamos con un proceso de producción totalmente automatizado: desde el corte de los aceros en barra, pantógrafo para corte de chapas, mecanizado, rectificado y torneado son todos realizados en equipamientos con control numérico computarizado (CNC).
 
Esto nos coloca en la posición de ser una de las pocas empresas de este rubro en el mundo -y la única en todo el continente americano- que tiene una producción totalmente automatizada y a su vez certificada con las normas de calidad ISO 9001.
